Virgin Hotels Dallas

The rooms are well laid out with a great location in the Design District and close to Dallas Market center. Beds and pillows are super comfortable too which are a must for me when traveling! Loved the overall decor, service, coffee spot, and bar in the lobby. I have stayed at a lot of spots in Dallas and would stay here again over other spots because of the decor, location, and comfort. Again and again.

My wife and I recently stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is very nice as well as the staff. We enjoyed the oversized shower and comfy bed and pretty views from our room. I would only suggest if you do stay, opt for the valet service. I parked in the pay-to-park lot next to it and found my passenger window busted out and drivers door handle ripped off the following morning. I’ve spent my entire life avoiding Dallas and the one time I go, this happens. Should have trusted my intuition.

Virgin Hotels Dallas truly sets the standard in the city from the front desk to the valet, every touchpoint was exceptional and made my evening feel especially memorable.

Amazing Hotel. Can’t say enough about it. Love the decor and vibe from the hotel. It’s definitely geared more towards adults. Room was gorgeous with everything on hand for you. Service was amazing from Troy at the bar to Alan at the valet. Also the perks that you get just by joining their loyalty program are amazing; 2 free drinks per person at the bar from 5-6. Can’t beat that. Highly recommend this hotel!

Easily located hotel by the airport. Great if you're going to be in Dallas for work. The restaurant downstairs has great steak and eggs along with a nice coffee shop. Only your fortunate thing is the coffee shop opens at 7:00 so there is a cafe around the corner that opens at 6:30 but I highly recommend going to

Our experience has been incredible from the staff to the bartenders to the hostess. The suite/rooms are spacious and amazing. The food, the specials everything -we will be back! The pool looks fantastic. Can't wait to enjoy it during the season.!!

Virgin Hotels Dallas — Richard’s Penthouse Flat We stayed in Richard’s Penthouse Flat, and overall it was a very good experience with some standout features and a few disappointments. The Good: The wraparound balcony views of downtown Dallas were absolutely breathtaking and easily the highlight of the stay. The room itself is very artsy with a great layout, and we loved having a refrigerator, freezer, and ice maker. Being able to cast shows and music from our phones to the TVs was super convenient. The Toto toilets were fancy and honestly fun — the warm seat and bidet/dryer were a great touch. The gym is very nice and modern, and although we stayed in the winter, the pool area looked like it would be a great place to hang out with food and drinks in warmer months. I also appreciated having a kettle in the room to boil water for tea and coffee. We ordered room service for breakfast and really enjoyed it (though the toast wasn’t quite toasted). The overall vibe of the hotel is sexy, chic, and artsy — even the red lighting in the elevator felt very “Virgin” and on brand. The Not-So-Good: The flat has both a full bath and a half bath, but the Toto bidet function in the primary bathroom did not work. There was also a beeping noise near the refrigerator that could be heard in the living room (thankfully not in the bedroom). The ironing board was broken and couldn’t be used at all. The wraparound windows have drapes and blackout curtains controlled by a panel, but they wouldn’t close unless we physically pulled them shut. The bedroom doorframe was visibly damaged and looked a bit run down. Overall: We enjoyed our stay and loved the style, views, and amenities, but for a penthouse-level room, some maintenance issues were disappointing. The hotel has a great vibe and a lot of potential, but it’s starting to show some wear and could benefit from better upkeep. Still a good stay, just not quite what I expected for the price and room category.

Very nice hotel, my wife enjoyed all the esthetics and picture friendly vibes. The hotel gave enjoyed the valet service. The restaurant and the bar, we're all great, we'll definitely be back for the summer pool parties.
